As co-founder of Ten27, Mitch leads acquisitions, investor strategy and operational oversight for Ten27. He brings experience in FP&A and financial modeling as a finance leader for GE and Honeywell, where he managed large-scale business unit performance. Mitch holds a Finance degree from Penn State University.

Mitch now resides in East Walnut Hills, Cincinnati. Outside of building Ten27, he loves spending his time with his wife, Colleen, newborn son, Cam, and French bulldog, Max. Mitch also enjoys connecting with other Kingdom-driven entrepreneurs and investors, playing an active role in his local church community and attending Penn State football games in the fall.

As co-founder of Ten27, Kevin leads finance, accounting, tax, audit and risk management for Ten27. Previously a CPA at Ernst & Young, he audited major real estate and private companies and optimized financial systems for accuracy and control. Kevin holds an Accounting degree from The Ohio State University.

Kevin now resides in the Grandview neighborhood of Columbus. Outside of building Ten27, he's very active in building community in the Columbus entrepreneur ecosystem and enjoys spending time with his niece and nephew, Gia and Cam. As an avid golfer, Kevin spends many weekends in the warmer months out on the course.

Josh leads day-to-day property operations, team performance, business plan execution and resident experience across the Ten27 portfolio. He previously managed engineering projects at Peter Cremer as well as pharma research and manufacturing projects at Thermo Fisher. He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Josh now resides in the Covington neighborhood of Northern Kentucky, across the river from Cincinnati. Outside of leading property operations at Ten27, he loves spending most of his free time with his wife, Madison, and his two dogs, Bubba and Ralph. Josh is also very involved in his local church, serving and leading in various capacities.
