Ten27 Group is a real estate operating platform based in Cincinnati, OH. We’re a vertically integrated organization with investment, asset and property management capabilities. We seek to acquire and operate durable multifamily assets across Ohio with institutional discipline and local market edge.

Through relationship-building amongst key players in our industry, Ten27 has successfully scaled from 12 personally owned units in Cincinnati to over $70 million in assets across Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton. Fine-tuned underwriting, detailed due diligence and great partnerships have contributed to our growth.

Asset management is crucial to the success of an investment's performance. Our team culture and cadence with on-site property management helps ensure we are receiving accurate and timely data to guide our analysis and assessment in taking impactful action on behalf of our investors.

Ten27 Living, our in-house property management platform, provides excellent service to Ten27-owned communities.
